Nick Likos is a freshman at NYU and a self-proclaimed Zoom wizard. He joined MFOL as a high school sophomore, helping to organize rallies on Long Island. Soon after, he was onboarded to the executive board of MFOLNYS as the Political Director. Nick was initially inspired to join the GVP movement after winning an essay writing competition for a local elected official in which he highlighted the impact that gun violence has on educators since they are sometimeds forced to make difficult decisions that oftentimes put their lives in jeopardy. From that moment on, he has focused on finding ways to make schools a safer place for students.
